You land in a forest, only slightly bruised. The mirror has broken and you need to find the rest of the pieces before they warp reality to bring themselves back together. Get looking and step carefully!

You still need to do Rùna’s training. Aim for that hill and hopefully you'll be able to see where you are. You hear something roar in the forest. You don't want to be stuck here forever!

Five minutes done. What's that smell?

Thor recognises the trees – you're in Alfheim! Loki isn't happy at the prospect after his time studying here. Loki creates a divining pendulum that should lead you to the mirror shards.

Nearly nine minutes. The shards are excited! Thor finds another shard of the mirror by accident.

You've arrived! Thor sees no reason not to keep up with Rùna’s training plan. You'll run for 30 seconds, do 10 heel lifts, and walk for 90 seconds.

Halfway through.

Stop running and perform five heel lifts.

Now walk for 90 seconds, and keep an eye out for shiny things.

Thor worries that Loki is up to something.

You have a ten-minute free-form run to complete. Loki comes back and you may be in trouble. Get moving!

The forest has gone silent – then you hear something snarling in the distance.

Loki retrieved a mirror shard from a cat nest. Thor thinks this is hilarious until the cat attacks him. Cats in Alfheim are rather large... and have wings. Thor escapes and is upset that Loki is laughing.

You reach the pond, but don't look too closely. And don't touch the flowers!

Just up that hill. You spot a keep in the valley - that's where the shard is. Loki knows the place and is unhappy. You're done training for now so enjoy the lovely weather!
