1
Amelia meets with Jody, Paula, and the new New Canton Runner 5 in the aftermath of Red Scorpion base being destroyed. Two weeks ago, the Maghreb Protectorate contacted Amelia offering to send a message from their "honoured guests". Amelia isn't sure it's not a trap, but you're meeting a representative soon. Better get on your way.
2
You find a document case at the meeting location that sends you to a statue to await further instructions. Amelia says a V-type has been seen in that area, and there have been several outbreaks recently. She can't guarantee your safety. But Paula and Jody are determined.
3
You reach Marfield, but there's no sign of anything. It's strange to see a place so empty now there's a cure. It's hard to feel hopeful when your friends are all missing. Even Veronica hasn't been able to find a trace of her other self. You hear a noise, so maybe you should pick up the pace.
4
You reach the statue and find a tape recorder that's been left there. It's a recording of Peter and Janine, and they're being held prisoner. Amelia tells you to stop the tape. There's movement on the monitors and it's probably the V-type. Head west, towards the industrial estate.
5
The V-type seems to be hiding from the cameras, which they shouldn't be able to do. You play more of the tape. It's Sam talking, although he's cut off before he can say anything useful. There's nothing from Maxine. Amelia finally saw the thing following you and it's definitely undead. Head north!
6
It's nearly on you! Amelia gives you a code for a store room, and Amelia gives voice authorisation using a recording of Sigrid. Get in now! You should be able to escape through the other exit. Paula worries about why there's no message from Maxine. She also wonders why Amelia has access codes to one of Sigrid's bio-weapons facilities and why it looks recently used. Unfortunately, the V-type has made its way in. Run!
7
You escape and there's still no sign of the V-type, but Amelia's anti-grey berets have arrived. Amelia is displeased. She thinks this might have been a way to case out a location she'd rather keep secret. You're no closer to finding your friends and your enemies have learned a great deal about you.
