Paul’s asked you to help her disprove some zombie misinformation. For example, does thinking about a zom summon it? No. That means you’ll have to go and find one.

You’ve picked up a zom to test and, as expected, salt doesn’t slow it down. But neither does smell, as Paula had hoped – so it’s time to make your escape.

You try to lock the zombie behind a fence, but it’s stronger than expected. It tears through the wire and now it’s hot on your heels.

On the run from the zombie, you lose Paula’s signal after the BBC announcer breaks in. It’s looking dire, until a mysterious figure uses a bow and arrow to dispatch the zombie. It’s your old friend Jody.

Jody fills you in on what she was doing during the Resurgence. Zombies are still pursuing, but Jody has a plan for getting rid of them.

As you run along scaffolding climbing a derelict church, Jody talks about the community she’s been managing, who are driving her crazy. Up ahead, a narrow plank crossing a hole in the roof – that’s your target.

You cross the plank, hoping it will unbalance the zombies. It doesn’t, and you and Jody are forced to heave the plank into the hole between you. You and Jody part, with some final words from her about how the world has changed.
