No Ordinary Copter

Janine has summoned you to the woods. With her resources stretched thin and the mysterious countdown still on, she needs your help. A helicopter drone is riling up lots of zombies. She needs you to get ahead of its flightpath and shoot it down.

You intercept the copter, but it dodges your shots. Janine is confused; this is meant to be an old auto delivery drone. She thought it was reactivated by accident, but clearly someone’s piloting it. You’d better keep on its tail – it’s speeding up.

The pilot of the copter contacts you: it’s Amelia Spens, exasperated by your efforts. She’s remotely controlling the drone with its cargo of premium sportswear. She accidentally jettisons some cargo on your head, plus a stowaway zombie. Better dodge it!

Amelia got the drone from a group of traders, who failed to disclose that zombies might’ve sneaked aboard. Unfortunately, it’s headed for her settlement, and the autopilot is now locked in. So now she does need you to shoot it down. You’ll have to intercept it on that hill!

Janine vents her frustrations about Amelia, who has been causing her headaches. You manage to shoot the copter down, but zombies emerge from the fiery wreckage. You need to run!

Janine directs you to some dropped cargo from the copter, which includes a plastic kayak you can use to escape – but only if you can get it to the river before those burning zombies catch you!

You reach the river and push off, escaping the zoms. Janine reflects on Amelia’s current career as an agent of chaos. The ex-PM isn’t even reliably untrustworthy. But at least you’ve saved the day, and managed to grab some fancy footwear from the cargo too.
