Welcome back Runners! Peter and Foxy the Fox are still stuck in the cinema but Peter has another workout planned for you. Start warming up with gentle movement like dancing. Sam helped Peter fix the looping playlist so he's now watching Clash of the Marauders; a video game adaptation. In the game you'd fight in crazy arenas, like the Pirate Queen's galleon. The film makes a valiant attempt to tie the character backstories together, but it isn't exactly great cinema. That didn't matter to Peter when he was nine though - it made the world seem so big and amazing! The film also had an amazing soundtrack which he's going to play while you keep warming up.

While violence against zombies has often been the answer, if you're outnumbered, then staying inside is the better option. And that doesn't mean you can't exercise! Start out with some Hooks, which you might remember from Rocky. This bit of Clash of the Marauders is quite like Rocky, except that it takes place in a forest of sentient mushrooms where the Alien Pugilist fights the toadstools that killed her sister. Take out those evil toadstools with one minute of Hooks! Good job! The Alien Pugilist has teleported to Earth, so it's time for a music break.

When Peter was a kid he hated people making fun of Clash of the Marauders because it always felt like a personal insult. But these days he is willing to admit that the film has a few flaws, like how it takes so long setting up the backstories for each character that they don't meet until halfway through the film. It feels like ten different films! The current situation can feel like everyone is in their own film, but no matter how far apart we are, we're all doing these exercises together. Next up is Forward Lunges, which Teenage Warlock uses to manifest a bridge over the lake of fire. For a bit of a challenge, try using weights! One minute of these! Now cast some imaginary spells with your dance moves during the next song.

It's time for the Marauder's big training montage so we'll join them by doing some Crunches. Lie on your back on the floor, with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your torso slightly off the floor using your abs. Sixty seconds of these, go! Good job. Try to keep going through the next song.

Peter has always been into fitness, but watching movies like this makes him feel bad that he can't bench press an entire monster truck. It leaves him feeling less motivated. If you struggle with motivation, remember that you've already made the effort to work out, which is a great achievement! And you can get a buzz from improving no matter what fitness level you're at. Just look at Mutant Rhinoceros after the accident with the gene splicer. He learns what he can do with his new body and helps to save the day! The next exercise is a Wall Sit. Aim for one minute! You've definitely earned the next dance break.

The Marauders are getting ready for their final fight! Peter loves this scene because it shows how they all play to their strengths and work as a team. His favourite is Flame Dancer because he has so much flair. And it's great to have an explicitly bisexual character too! All of the Marauders are needed to take down the villain. So spend the last music break dancing in your own unique way!

Nice dancing Runners! You're just in time for the Marauders to send the villain to the mushroom planet. It really is one of the better video-game adaptations. Even Foxy likes it! All the Marauders are walking off into the sunset. It'll be a while before all of the Runners can be together again, and it would be nice to have people to watch films with again. If you get lonely sometimes, it's important to remember that by staying safe and keeping mentally and physically healthy, you're doing your part to help everyone rebuild when the time comes. Until next time, that's Peter and Foxy out!
